Not for me

The patch caused itching and when I took it off, it tore my skin. The cream didn't help the muscle soreness I used it on. I contacted the company and I was issued a refund.

Bought for my husband. It is nice to have the patch that lasts for all day. That way I or he doesn't have to apply the cream throughout the day.
