I picked up my first package from a local supermarket. I have osteoarthritis in both knees plus tendinitis in my left ankle . I placed patches on my ankle first. At first I felt nothing then a tingling almost a burning sensation but that passed. Took the patches off 8hoirs later and no pain at all. I now use the cream before work and patches on bad days for knees and ankle- relief. Do I still have pain yes but it is slight to none most days. Thank you. I used this when I had an irritation from a wooly bear cocoon. It itched so badly, but the itch balm worked immediately and it looked a lot better the next day.
