The muscles in my back tighten up on occasion, if I have been doing something I normally do not do, or if the weather changes in the spring and we get a cold snap.
I put a patch on my back, and it helps quickly. While it does not completely eliminate the pain and stiffness, it makes them much more bearable. I have found that Nature's Willow patches are better than the store-brand patches.

I picked up my first package from a local supermarket. I have osteoarthritis in both knees plus tendinitis in my left ankle . I placed patches on my ankle first. At first I felt nothing then a tingling almost a burning sensation but that passed. Took the patches off 8hoirs later and no pain at all. I now use the cream before work and patches on bad days for knees and ankle- relief. Do I still have pain yes but it is slight to none most days. Thank you. I received a sample of the Pain Relieving Cream at a convention and when my little one was screaming about growing pains in his feet and legs one night, it was the only thing I had in the house.
